Dr. Chekuri also notes that the cheek lift exercise is almost exactly what it sounds like. Additional advantages? To do a chin-up, Roff suggests first making a fist and then raising your hand to your chin. After that, open your mouth and then close it. Create resistance by placing your fists on your chin. Make sure you press gently, but hold the pressure for a full minute. After doing this, rest for 10 seconds before doing the next set. Do 3 sets during each facial exercise.
