Power is stupid. Power rating is fun. I like silly and funny things. And you probably do too.
Today's assignment is to update the utility programs of the 32 NFL clubs. This is my list and, of course, it is subjective. I welcome reasonable disagreement anytime: @scott_pianowski on Twitter.
This is volume 4.0 of this list; We introduced it in the preseason and reviewed it every quarter: 2.0 and 3.0.
32. Los Angeles Rams (Previous ranking: 18)
Oh, the flag will fly forever, won't it? One group exploded due to casualties, maybe there were problems with the construction as well. No NFL roster has crushed dreams more than this one, though Matthew Stafford's preseason injury may save you. I was surprised that only the Rams finished 10th in August.
31. Houston Texans (32)
When we think Damion Pierce doesn't fit in the game, he runs eight yards in a straight line. There's no guarantee the Texans will win another game this year. I'm open to Pierce doing something against the awful Browns in Week 13, but then we might have to move on. There is no correct answer in the room on the floor.
30 Denver Broncos (17)
Russell Wilson plays so bad: The Broncos got so confused they forced NBC to pull the Patrick Mahomes play. Only one game in Denver surpassed that number with 11 attempts.
29. Chicago Bears (24)
Justin Fields makes them funny and relatable. Not everyone at quarterback can watch the game on TV.
28. New England Patriots (26)
Mack Jones had the best game of his career on Thanksgiving night, but it may have been a commentary on the lack of transparency of Minnesota's secondary. Ramondre Stevenson is one of the best right tackles in 2022, but there are no other injuries on offense.
27. New York Giants (30)
Sakwon Barkley doesn't catch many passes, but it's understandable how his receiving yards have dropped over the past few years. Darius Slayton and Richie James will get some fantasy attention in the Nightmare next week, but then fantasy will ignore them in the playoffs.
26. Atlanta Falcons (22)
Success has as many parents as failure: Marcus Mariota and Arthur Smith are both responsible for the failed graduation of Kyle Pitts and Drake London. The backfield will always be a committee of sorts, and Mariota is actively working to keep everyone on their toes.
25. Carolina Panthers (27)
They still reside in the NFC South, which shows just how formidable this team is. Sam Darnold was good enough to play DJ Moore, which we wanted. D'Onta Foreman will share something with Chuba Hubbard, but it's clear who the main character is.
24. New York Jets (28)
Mike White lured the Bears and also impressed with his accuracy, pocket awareness and ability to control the offense. Garrett Wilson can win in any field. I give the Jets credit for playing Jovan Knight hard a few weeks after the James Robinson trade.

23 Tennessee Titans (31)
Trailon Burks spreads his wings at the right time and Derrick Henry starts playing on every fantasy team. This year, Ryan Tannehill's entrepreneurial spirit has dried up.
22. New Orleans Saints (23)
Elvin Kamar had three hits on a great day against the Raiders. He means nothing to anyone. The Saints' offensive line has been a problem, and there's clearly no obvious solution in the quarterback room. The blacksmith is also in the wet pocket where we take care of the running spins.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers (25)
Kenny Pickett is still a project in progress, but at least he's getting better every week. The point is, George Pickens had a long career as a WR2 and could end up in the top ten depending on what Pickett does. Nadji Harris exudes an intimidating Trent Richardson vibe and is currently recovering from an injury.
20. Commander Washington (21)
The best thing you can say about Taylor Heinick is that he's no Carson Wentz, but it's hard to buy into a fantasy offense that averages 195 yards per game. The Chiefs are an insane 6-1 despite averaging 313 yards per game. Most likely, on Christmas Eve, the 49ers will have dinner in Washington.
19. Jacksonville Jaguars (29)
Travis Etienne has never caught more than three passes in a game. JaMycal Hasty had five tricks last week. Is it the failure of the coaching staff or Etienne's comments? Trevor Lawrence was terrific in the comeback win over Baltimore and is expected to play Detroit this week. Christian Kirk and Jay Jones' contracts were terminated last spring, but both played well.
18. Indianapolis Colts (20)
I'd like to see more from Jelani Woods, one of the few players who has achieved Monday night glory. But if the Colts can get Kylen Granson back on the field, they'll likely make sure all of their tight ends play a lot and none of them produce much. At least Matt Ryan is crazy about Michael Pittman and (most weeks, not Mondays) Paris Campbell.
17. Green Bay Packers (16)
Right now I want to watch Jordan Love play. My expectations aren't too high, I'm just tired of the Aaron Rogers experience. Christian Watson is a classic case of a teenager who lights up the second half of the year.
16. Arizona Cardinals (19)
DeAndre Hopkins has the best stats of his time in Arizona, which is saying something. But for many weeks, Kyler Murray experienced structural difficulties and could not keep up with the offensive schedule. James Conner tends to walk in the mud, but he has a good base of touch and a good touch.
15 Cleveland Browns (15)
Deshawn Watson hasn't played in the NFL in two years and has had little time to get ready with his new teammates. There are huge implications here. Nick Chubb's annual YPC since joining the NFL: 5.2, 5.0, 5.6, 5.5, 5.2.
14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (12)
The offense isn't broken, but this is an old team with a slight playoff edge. Again, you have to go after these targets and these airfields with Mike Evans.
13. Baltimore Ravens (10)
In the spring, the Ravens were desperate for catcher help and were desperate for him at the deadline; Instead, they come up with recons and side ideas. To be fair, Rashod Bateman was expected to make a big breakthrough, and he ended up injured. Lamar Jackson threw 12 touchdowns in his first three games; Since then there have been eight.

12. Detroit Lions (11)
Maybe the Lions won't want to push DeAndre Swift too hard, and maybe they'll always love Jamaal Williams more than anything. But when teams make it clear how they feel about a situation, you have to listen. Swift's weekly hits from injury recovery: 10, 5, 7, 8, 9. If you're expecting an 18-hit game out of nowhere, you're not prepared for the SAT.
11. Vegas Raiders (14)
Josh Jacobs wins the 2022 championship (Andy Behrens will eat it for six months), though we'd like to see more continuity. Despite all the pain in Davante Adams' stomach, he landed at WR3 in his most anticipated appearance.
10 Minnesota Vikings (9)
I liked this TJ Hockenson move, but I'm impressed that the Vikings were able to adjust to it so quickly. But I can't get over the fact that, statistically, this is the worst season of Kirk Cousins' career.
9. Miami Dolphins (13)
In recent games, the passing tree has been stretched a little more than I would like, and I will never be upset with coaches Tyreke Hill and Jaylen Waddell. The Week 14 battle between Tua Tagovailoa and Justin Herbert will be fun.
8 Seattle Seahawks (8)
Jeno Smith has had some turnover issues lately, but has scored over 100 points in five straight games. I don't see any danger in this for the pumpkin. Kenneth Walker III's production is a bit more long-term oriented, not as consistent as one would like. You need a high success rate. It's still a big fantasy win, but you want the offense to stay on schedule.
7. Cincinnati Bengals (7)
Tyler Boyd failed despite the absence of Jamar Chase. Samjay Perin might be as good as Joe Mixon at this point in his career. Joe Barrow has always impressed me with his composure and composure, no matter how many punches he takes or what situation he finds himself in. Burrow is the perfect figure for crime and suffrage.
6. Los Angeles Chargers (6)
We wanted the Chargers to get the catcher at the deadline, but they'll have more opportunities to build that trap in the offseason.
5. Kansas City Chiefs (4)
Isaiah Pacheco finally got back into the end zone last week, but keep in mind the Chiefs have 29 touchdown passes and just nine runs. And four of those points came from Patrick Mahomes, Mekole Hardman and Noah Gray. If you can still get a deal, now might be the best time to buy Pacheco.
4. Buffalo Bill (2)
Gabe Davis Weekly Wheels: WR14, WR66, WR87, WR1, WR18, WR61, WR45, WR9, WR31, WR64. I think he loses as an obvious loss, but he always feels very good to sit on the bench. Josh Allen hasn't looked 100% in a long time.
3 Dallas Cowboys (5)
An early injury to Dak Prescott throws the offense off balance, but it's entirely possible that the top five Cowboys could make the playoffs. CeeDee Lamb is only 23 years old and she gets better every season.
2. Philadelphia Eagles (1)
They rolled through Green Bay last week, but without Dallas Godert, this passing game won't be as eventful. Miles Sanders is the triumph of positive regression; After scoring 163 goals and going some way to zero in one year, he has already topped the top eight this year. He has always been a prolific rusher, earning 5.1 YPC in his career.
1. San Francisco 49ers (3)
Debo Samuel had just two touchdowns this year, and while his rushing opportunities weren't lost, his passing percentage is back to normal last year. The 49ers have a lot of big players and sometimes they will stumble. Christian McCaffrey needs to monitor his knee, but so far he's on track.
