This rock star is ready to show off his transformation.
Post Malone revealed that he recently lost 55 pounds from 240 pounds. After changing his diet to 185 lbs. The singer, whose real name is Austin Post, attributes the transition to cutting down on most of his soda consumption.
"Soda is so bad. It's bad, but it's so good," Joe Rogan, 28, said on the latest episode of the Experience podcast. "I have a soda. I am a bad boy. And I'll have Monster Energy, but Celsius is great too.''
He will allow other soft drinks from time to time, especially after a game on a hot day. "I had a great show," he added, "and... you know what... I feel a little bad. I'm going to drink Coke on the rocks. So good:
And while many celebrities have admitted to using Ozempic to lose weight, Post has previously clarified that the drug is not responsible for her thin appearance.

"Just wanted to say I don't do drugs, a lot of people have asked me about my weight loss and I guess on stage," she wrote on Instagram in April. "I'm really enjoying the game and I've never felt healthier."
Post said becoming a father last year was the only motivation to improve his eating habits. (In 2018, he was Postmates' #1 customer after placing 660 orders, including spending $8,000 on 10,000 cookies at Popeyes.)
"I think daddy's life has started and I've decided to give up soda and start eating better," she noted on Instagram, "so I can be with this little angel for a long time."
Indeed, taking the little girl with her boyfriend, whose identity she did not share, changed her lifestyle in more ways than one.
"Having a baby really put a lot on the line, and it kept me from going out and being too crazy," Post told The Jane Lowe Show last month. “I want to take a moment now. And you actually mentioned all the achievement gear and stuff. Now I just want to take a second and enjoy."
