Jess Hunt, founder of REFY , shares her daily skincare and makeup routine with an Emirati woman.
Tell us about your morning beauty routine.
I think my morning routine goes beyond skincare, so I always try to make time for myself before I wake up and do my skincare routine. I often drink juice in the morning and try to take supplements every day to support my health. My morning routine usually consists of cleansing and toning and I use products every day to protect and keep my skin healthy like: B. Zo Skin Health Daily Power Defense and of course SPF. I always use the REFY Lip Buff to prep and moisturize my lips, and recently I've been using the REFY Primer, a 3-in-1 serum/moisturizer and primer for your makeup. I even wear it on my makeup-free days as it gives a great finish and contour to my face throughout the day with the roller applicator. I always apply REFY lip gloss before I go out because it's such a shiny lip gloss with all the benefits of a balm and it hydrates my lips!
How will your nighttime beauty routine change?
At the end of the day, I like to remove my makeup and focus on cleansing and moisturizing my skin. During the day, I use SkinCeuticals Simply Clean Gel to cleanse, followed by B5 Hydrating Serum to hydrate my skin.
What are your favorite skincare products?
I love REFY's primer and lip balm, but I'm a huge fan of SkinCeuticals and Zo Skin Health products.
How would you describe your makeup?
I love the minimalistic approach to makeup, especially for everyday use. I love versatile products that match the type of finish you want, which is a key part of the development of many REFY products. I'm also a big fan of products that simplify my routine, another big reason for REFY is that they allow me to get the results I want without spending hours getting ready.
What is always in the cosmetic bag?
My makeup routine now only consists of REFY products and it's still crazy to see the brand continue to grow. My REFY lip gloss is always in all my bags and not just in my vanity because it's a daily necessity, especially with the new colored lip glosses.
What perfume do you prefer?
This is a very difficult question to answer because I seem to associate different perfumes with different memories or moments in my life. It's crazy how a perfume brings back memories so it's hard for me to choose. Right now I'm loving Baccarat Rouge by Maison Francis Kurkdjian because it really gives me confidence and strength.
How do you choose a night perfume?
Honestly, it depends on my mood and what I'm doing that night! I wear something different to an event than I do to dinner with friends. I really like to join.
Tell us about your hairstyle.
I try to keep it as simple as possible and focus on nourishing and conditioning my hair, especially after a shoot where it's been heavily styled! I'm a fan of Uwai and their shampoos and recently discovered the K-18 hair masks which are great. I use the GHD Heat Protectant Spray to condition my hair and love the Color Wow Shine Spray for such a soft and shiny look!
What is the most unusual item in your makeup bag?
We launched the REFY Lip Gloss Carrying Case as part of our limited edition tinted lip gloss collection. At first glance it looks like this random metal box, but it's actually a compact mirror that I can store my lip gloss in!

There are many examples of REFY that are absolutely revolutionary and I would like to share them with you. We are launching some amazing new products next year and I am so excited!
