TheraFace PRO review. Out of the box:
The Therabody TheraFace PRO is a black case with the Therabody logo on the front that looks like a gym bag. I thought the bag wasn't high quality for the price, but having said that, I used it for storage constantly. The TheraFace PRO in Therabody comes in a nice and attractive package (although there is a lot).
When I boxed the Therabody TheraFace PRO, I was surprised by the number of accessories that came with it. First, you have a basic "gun" to which you can attach rings and cones. The separate package contains a USB charging cable, a bag of microcones and TheraOne conductive gel. You also get a small power ring, LED ring and cleaning ring as well as a nice travel bag. The full package includes six facials, but I was sent to try the hot and cold rings (this is an additional cost).
Setting up the Therabody TheraFace PRO was very easy. The top part of the "gun" is where the various rings are attached, and since it is magnetic, everything sticks easily in place. I think the instructions could be a little clearer. I kept flipping through the box and instructions to see how to use it and found the video on Therabody's website easy to understand .
TheraFace PRO review. Design and features
Therabody TheraFace PRO is an all-in-one skin care device. It combines facial massage techniques and shock therapy that can be used on the face. This blend is designed to reduce facial muscle tension, brighten skin, eliminate fine lines, improve circulation, treat acne and relieve pain.
So how can you do this? Therabody TheraFace PRO is a versatile device that uses microcurrent and LED therapy to treat the face and neck. Different accessories target different areas to make your skin brighter, clearer and healthier. After each accessory is magnetically attached, you're ready to use the control buttons located inside the holder. There are three buttons: one to turn the device on and off, one to control the LED and microcurrent, and one to control the cleaning cycle.
Taking into account the links, the microcurrent ring lifts and tightens the skin and improves the strength of the neck muscles. The LED ring uses red, blue and red + infrared LEDs to reduce wrinkles, acne and pimples. The cleaning ring (added) removes dirt and oil from the skin and pores and has soft bristles that are comfortable on the skin. Other accessories include the Impactor, Micropoint and Cone in conjunction with the LED ring to increase blood circulation, target pressure points and relieve tension.

I've been trying out Therabody TheraFace PRO for over a month now and have been using it a few times a week as part of my nightly skincare routine. I didn't know where to start, so I watched exercise videos on Therabody's website and decided to try lifting and a routine , which included cleaning, a red LED light, and micro-current rings.
Starting with the cleansing ring, I washed and dried my face before applying a light layer of cleanser. Using the Therabody TheraFace PRO, I swiped it over my face, scrubbed it thoroughly, and got to the hard-to-reach areas like the nose and chin. The cleaning ring feels comfortable on the skin and the vibration is very soothing, even at high intensity (there are three levels to choose from).
I then attached the LED ring using a flat shockproof case and ran it up and down the face. Changing attachments was easy and I made sure to delete everything before saving. I loved the feeling, even when my eyes were closed the light was too bright near my eyes. I found the Therabody TheraFace PRO very useful as it beeps every 15 seconds to let you know it's time to move on to the next part of your face.
Next, I applied a light layer of TheraOne Conductive Gel to my face and neck before attaching the microcurrent ring. Still, the Therabody TheraFace PRO beeped every 15 seconds and I enjoyed the feeling of the little stream going up and down my face. It didn't hurt at all, although it burned a little around my upper lip, I changed the intensity from "2" to "1". After I finish this part, I wash my face with a gel before applying my toner and moisturizer.
As a bit of a skin care person, I found using Therabody TheraFace PRO to be a long process at first. However, once I started shedding I was excited to use it and it was nice to stop it and focus on giving my skin a little TLC. I have sensitive skin and none of the attachments or gels irritate me. My face gets a little hot at times, but that's to be expected when you're running on your face for several minutes. I have noticed that my face turns red during exercise, but this seems to be due to circulation, not allergies or irritation.
Now the big question is, have you noticed a difference after using Therabody TheraFace PRO? Quick answer: Yes. My skin feels firmer and brighter and I've noticed that my cheek area is often a bright red. I don't have many blemishes, but when I do, I use Therabody TheraFace PRO and they don't get worse, they go away. I have some fine lines and wrinkles on my forehead, but I've also noticed that they are much fainter and less noticeable.
I was amazed at how firm and firm my skin felt. I'm always self-conscious about my chin because it feels good to have a double chin again. But after using Therabody TheraFace PRO, I noticed it was clearer, and when I put it on my face, my chin and around it got firmer, and my double chin got smaller. My neck muscles have also become stronger and more defined, which I am very happy with the result.
TheraFace PRO review. Price:
The Therabody TheraFace PRO costs £375 and is available from Therabody and selected retailers such as John Lewis . Considering the number of attachments you get (apart from the hot and cold ring) and the capabilities of Therabody's TheraFace PRO, I think you get a lot for your money and it's an investment that will last a while.

Overall, I really enjoy using Therabody TheraFace PRO and am happy with my results. My skin looks better and I look forward to continuing to use it to better sculpt and care for my face and neck. If you are serious about skin care, you should definitely invest in Therabody TheraFace PRO. Even if you're a little lazy (like me) when it comes to skin care, you also love to use it.
The only thing that bothers me is the bright LED light around the eyes, and if you are not used to spending a lot of time on skin care, you may find this process too long. But Therabody TheraFace PRO looks great, looks great, and you get positive results.
