Regular physical activity. Regular exercise is essential for maintaining physical health, strength and flexibility. This can help reduce the risk of chronic disease, improve heart health and overall well-being. Activities like hiking, swimming, weight training, and yoga are great ways for seniors to stay active and fit. Personally, I am an avid runner and cyclist and I incorporate these sports into my travels and daily life.
