An awards show requires a lot of preparation, even for supermodels. Case in point: Heidi Klum, who just shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself getting ready for the iHeart Radio Awards, including several shots of herself without makeup.
Heidi's fresh lips teased her hair slightly with "Baby One More Time," before striking a new pose that left her hair slicked back. Then there's Heidi in cool bright blue eye shadow with the 'AGT' presenter, 49, in a very cool pale blue one-sleeved dress that revealed some serious breasts.
Heidi then shared a red carpet photo looking very radiant and fit, commenting that she "looks the same tonight 💙".
Okay, but we need to talk about this skin... Heidi previously told Harper's Bazaar UK that she actually uses Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo to wash her face. "I use baby shampoo to clean my face because it's the gentlest and gets everything out of your face," she says. "Then I apply a moisturizer, usually Mario Badescu's Buttermilk Lotion."
Heidi says she always takes her make-up off "even when I'm tired", noting that she also uses baby shampoo to do so. "Then at night I try another moisturizer that's a little richer—I like Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum or Kiehl's Midnight Repair Oil."
But Heidi says she likes the natural look when she's not working. "I don't wear makeup most days, but when I'm running errands, I use a little light foundation to even out my skin tone and a little blush on my cheeks to give them a little glow," she says. And of course she applied a sun protection factor. "I've always been sunny. I'm happiest on a beautiful beach in the hot sun, but now I put on sunscreen first," she said.
Heidi takes care of her body so that her skin glows. According to French Vogue , she works out four times a week, running, cycling, weightlifting and swimming. She aims to eat healthy 80 percent of the time and tries to stay carb-free, the post says.
Of course it is good for the body!
